Counties and cities
Los Angeles County
The Los Angeles County side of the coverage area is the eastern San Gabriel Valley and the Pomona Valley: Claremont, La Verne and Pomona, with San Dimas, Glendora, Diamond Bar, Walnut, Covina and West Covina as secondary cities. Property here is assessed by the Los Angeles County Office of the Assessor, and formal assessment appeals go to the Los Angeles County Assessment Appeals Board. Claremont is the county's eastern edge; across its eastern line sit Upland and Montclair in San Bernardino County.

San Bernardino County
The San Bernardino County side of the coverage area is the western Inland Empire: Upland, Montclair, Rancho Cucamonga (including Alta Loma and Etiwanda) and Chino, with Ontario, Chino Hills, Fontana, Rialto and Mt. Baldy as secondary areas. Property here is assessed by the San Bernardino County Assessor-Recorder-County Clerk, which encourages an informal review before a formal appeal, and formal appeals go to the San Bernardino County Assessment Appeals Board, administered by the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors. Montclair's western boundary at Mills Avenue is the county line with Claremont and Pomona.
