How reviews are asked for
There are no reviews on this site yet. When there are, they will be about the service, because the value is not something a client should be asked to rate.
The review protocol
Only after delivery and invoicing
A review is asked for once the report is delivered and the invoice is settled, so nobody is asked for praise while the work is still open.
About the service, never the value
The request asks about communication, how clear the report was to read, and whether the turnaround matched what was promised. It never asks whether the value was the one you hoped for.
No incentives, no filtering
Nothing is offered for a review, and every client is asked the same way, whatever the assignment.
Confidentiality first
Replies never confirm who a client is or discuss a report's contents; USPAP's confidentiality rule applies to the review page too.
A question about a report you received, or a concern about the service? See appraisal independence for how to raise it, or send a message.
