What happens next 1 Scope and fee, confirmed
Usually within one business day you get the scope of work, the fee and the first available inspection date. Nothing is scheduled until you say so.
2 The inspection
30 to 60 minutes for a standard single-family home, longer for hillside, custom, multi-family or homes with additions to measure and sketch.
3 The signed report
Typically three to five business days from the inspection, delivered as a signed PDF to you and anyone you name.
The fee is set by the scope of the assignment and quoted before work begins. It does not depend on the value, and it is never contingent on a result.
